Amanda was born on February 2, 2016 weighing 2.9 kgs.
When Laura (18 yrs.) was 3 months pregnant, her baby’s father died in a car accident. At that point, all of her hopes were gone; he was the one taking care of her and her family. She had no one left to depend on for help. She went into a depression. She knew that God would find a way to make everything alright, even if she could not see the way yet. Being a devoted member of her church, Laura asked some of her friends for help. They put her in touch with Several Sources, and we were able to help her in many ways. We offered her shelter and even helped her start up a small kiosk to help her support her baby.
